Biggest bank in Belarus launches bitcoin exchange service, Russian Ministry of Finance wants prison time for unreported Bitcoin transactions, and Ethereum could have accidentally hard forked a second time.

According to a local news report, Belarusbank, which is the largest bank in Belarus, launched a bitcoin and alternative cryptocurrency exchange service via a partnership with Belarus-based cryptocurrency firm White Bird on Friday.
